Register screen missing validation #68

Validations are missing on the flowing fields:

[x] Added new method to the UtilityHelper class isValidEmail() to validate an email.
[x] Added a new Message class to that contains, id(the id gets generated using microsoft Guid() class) MessageName, Message text and isSuccess(boolean, true or false). This class should be used to pass messages across the application.
[x] User Name should validate as email address
[x] Display validation message. Added a toast message.

[x] Web Add password Policy

[ ] When the register button gets click, we should display a loading screen to properly notify the user that the registration is happening.
