DeviceDiscovery Function

Add DeviceDiscovery Function to the ConnectionService Class to find devices that are connected to the phone.

[x] Add the discovery function on the connection service class.
[ ] Create a button to do the discovery base on a command.
[x] Add a button to the UnRegistered device page
[x] Add a forget button to the Registered Device page
[x] Add a command for Registration and another one for Forgetting registered devices
[x] Add Parameters to pass the name of the device that needs to be added or forgotten
[ ] Wire up the functionality of both of the buttons to the local storage - This will need to be re-think at some point.
