Customer == Ship to (Sales Order in Name of ) Bill to == (Billed party)

[x] Add custom field to Sales Order to track "Bill to" party
[x] Add "Billing Party" custom filed to Serial Number doctype

Address list if showing from Customer when we should be seeing it from shipto customer

@agritheory Solved and updated erpnext aptronics branch.

I think Im missing a step. I created billing address and shipping address for 2 customers respectively and added to sales order. Sales order loads correctly with billing and shipping addresses but when trying to create Purchase order I get error:

Could not find Select Shipping Address: Somewhere in KZN Kwazulu Natal Gauteng South Africa

This feature is not implemented on Purchase Order.

When selecting ship to customer name field updates correctly. But after removing the selected customer to nothing, the name field stays on the previously selected bill to customer.

Should be empty
