Requests by @matthewross07 for:

[ ] Maps showing geographic location of records belonging to each tier. Heat and/or hex
[ ] Bar chart with total counts per year for each parameter where year is on X axis and count is on Y
[ ] Chart with days of the week on the X axis and count on the Y
[ ] Similar chart to day of week but for months

Can come at the end of the bookdown and barcharts can be stacked based on tier (if we want)
