@mishafredmeyer the DOC template can be found in the src folder of this repo. To access the raw DOC data, first load in the file "wqp_data_aoi_formatted_filtered" (found in the "data" folder in the link I sent to you over OneDrive). Then run wqp_data_aoi_formatted_filtered %>% filter(parameter == "doc") and voila! Let me or Matt know if you encounter any issues accessing the raw data. -Katie
