Hey B, this has a lot of changes listed but most of that is from images and htmls I believe. The main changes are to smooth over some bookdown processes and refocus on just the main four parameters of interest for now. Also some general cleanup.

Can you direct me to specific output/code for review? Looks like there are just 3 .html files for review... but no code?

Yep, the .html files are just reflecting what already exists in the .Rmds. But 1_inventory.R, 1_inventory/cfg/wqp_codes.yml, 2_download.R, _targets.R, create_bookdown.R, and index.Rmd could use a quick review.
