Nothing huge in this PR, the purpose is to replace the old short names for WQP columns with the longer official column names before going through to redo the tiering. I made edits to column names in sections of the harmonization scripts that will definitely be rewritten or deleted, so this is less about functionality of code and more just about making sure naming conventions are correct throughout the workflow.
