The .R and .Rmd files are where I made changes in this one. The rest of the changes are html and png overwrites.

Main changes:

Clean up package loading so that :: aren't used and packages are called in tar_target()
Resize figure in harmonize_chla.R
Remove remnants of original pipeline structure in _targets.R and bookdown
HTML updated
