Closing this issue will successfully complete the contribution architecture for the project.

Tasks :

[x] Configure a single Makefile that installs Poetry, sets up the virtual environment, and downloads the dataset.
[x] Integrate ReviewNB for better code reviews of Python notebooks.
[x] Finalize the CI pipeline with commit sign-offs, pytests etc., to streamline the development process.
[x] Implement a review system that enforces protected branches and requires approval from other core maintainers for code reviews.

The PRs for the same can be found in #13, #12, #11, #10. For checking out ReviewNB just go to this website and link your GitHub accounts so that you can easily review any code changes in python notebooks.
