vadose.recharge needs two input timeseries #7

The land surface recharge data can be kept the same for each aquifer, so only one file is needed. But the observed data for each site is different, so a separate file for each observed is required. By adding a new input argument to be the observed time series, and maybe another to determine whether it is discharge or groundwater level would make everything simpler.

Observed data is now an argument to the bouss.plot function which is also used to calculate objective function statistics
