Hi

Thank you Aquantia for providing this repository for your AQtion network cards. I'm a bit confused under which terms this code is published:

The main impression is that the source code is under GPLv2 yet there is that rather stern warning and licensing terms mentioned in README.md.

Please clarify the licensing terms for this repository. - Thank you :-)

Hi Mat,

The overall idea behind "experimental use software" statement was the fact that we use github to push out early development releases without official verification and approval. Thus, the "corporate customers" should not take this channel and the releases here as official and supported by Aquantia. For the individual users, I think anyway "as is" principle is anyway here - and basically GPL follows the same principle.

The practical outcome of this extra notice is that you can't reach our support team saying "hey I have a problem with that driver from github". But you always can reach developers though ;-)
