Change to spherical coords #7

If you have cartesian co-ords and set Latitude, you will get a constant coriolis If you set spherical =1 and use lat/long in your grid then you will get cell-specific corilois.

Test grid converted to Lat/Lon. BC locations and model shp file creation still pending.

BC locations and Output points updated for LL. Converting all of the met netcdf's still outstanding
