check and GPP and CUP in the output #37

The GPP flux and the CUP flux are supposed to be the same in the output. While in Michael Barry's experiment the CUP is always a small portion (0.0278) to the GPP, so worth a check

In the Coorong outputs, the GPP and CUP outputs are the same values
