Just a suggestion to alter the lower bound of internal N and P uptake to be zero instead of 1-e5. The latter interferes with mass balance calcs, and setting the MAX argument to zero_ seems to work well. Although, I am guessing that the limit was set to 1e-5 for a reason, so please feel free to reject this pull request!
