Adds additional attachment diag #65

This adds a diag that reports the attachment transfer (orgs/m3/s) between free and attached pathogens. It is the last remaining diag needed to allow a user to complete their own mass balance, and check that attachment is occurring as intended.

Hi Matt - thanks! layer_ht is being used to compute sedimentation fluxes as per unit volume quantities (like all the equivalent particulate org and phyto sedimentation fluxes)
