LocationDeleter - Can't delete empty rating models #103

If you create a new rating model, but don't add any rating curves to the model, LocationDeleter can't delete it. Skip around the 400 ArgumentException response.

Fixed by #104 in v1.0.67 of LocationDeleter.exe
