The 2nd and 3rd parameters do not work correctly when setting numbers. If you set a high value for "Exorbitant Slashing Frenzy", nothing will change. If you set a value for "Flowers Away", then "Exorbitant Slashing Frenzy" will have the exact same cooldown. image celestisynth-1.20.1-1.2.2
