Setup http server #2

Run an http server to expose interface

There are more than a few http servers in Go.

Eventually I found Iris (https://github.com/kataras/iris) and it suits the basic needs (as well as many other not needed right now but at no extra cost).

Conclusion: will work on setting up the http server using the Iris framework.
