Relevant endpoints made and tested, @1-WaleedAhmad please show the results on the home page like this:

• a function is created in home.js which calls one of the APIs and logs the result on the console
• in that function, first hide the carousel on home.html
• call each endpoint in server/routes/search.js
• change the innerHTML or the innerText properties of home.html to display the results returned on the front-end
• test and push

The idea is that instead of adding complex filters and select menus for advanced search, we search in all possible ways and show all the results on the same page. Try to add headings so that the user knows that the results were returned based on what search criteria.
