Starport (Menu commands) Selects wrong items #6

Voicecommand "Starport contacts" does not go to contacts. Other command also have similar problems.

Depending on the station facilities there was a calculation that did not look cat the column. Changed it and ready to verify command.

Reworked the command and changes by Elite Dangerous 4.x updates.

Verified menu positions, fixed for Starport contacts.
