Telegram links instead of email #472

Issue to potentially replace mailto:support@ara.one links with https://t.me/arablocks in File Manager. Reasons include:

-Blockchain enthusiasts are already on Telegram -Direct message chat will let us ask follow up questions and resolve their issue faster -Telegram is more private and secure than email
