Link transactions to etherscan #611

In 1.1.2 on mainnet, the transaction links still point to ropsten.etherscan.io

Additionally, it looks like mainnet wallets are still getting 1000 test ARA on ropsten (But this may be ok)

Additional notes from today's QA with @idaroobear

"creating", "writing", and "finalizing" links were blank because they pointed to ropsten

@zootella started out with .0100 eth, did a publish and then a price update, and now has .0089 eth. So, transaction fees totaled .0011eth, which is about 16 cents. The "choose speed" dialog suggested 8, 8, and 1 Gwei. For each option but the cheapest, the fm reported the error you don't have enough eth. The cheapest option worked, but then charged the 16 cents

@idaroobear purchased, etherscan shows the new balance, but had to restart the file manager to see the new balance there
