Fixes # UX issue where a purchase is made but no seeders are online to allow for a download.

Proposed Changes

create a temp swarm & join on key
listen to feed for peer-added
fire event for File Manager to update Estimate Purchase modal view.

ps. a bit hacky, yes. is actually more a proof of concept. it proposes to solve a UX issue, so, I propose we should see if it actually solves that issue before spending more time.
