This is a Code of conduct, which I have been working on it with other members in the R community (Pao and Adithi) in the last 3 months to be used for some spaces (useR! knowledgebase) in the R community. We started with Contributor Covenant version 2.1 as a template and it evolved to this format.
We still need to create a form to add its link for reporting
