Unable to set squacks via Departure List as Aerodrome #2

Cannot set squacks on Aerodrome prf, alternative currently is to set them manually through the flight plan or set them from the Radar prf.

this occurs to me on the CTR or App position , what occurs is when selected the ASSR menu in the ground view, it doesn't show but if i switch screens to approach you can see it.

Sector file needs to be updated to allow TopSky to draw on the ground layout.
