Activate Test Pilot in Arabic Community

Objective Goal:

Test Pilot consider an important areas to contribute at Mozilla right now and we need to activate Test Pilot program in Arabic community. Actually most of Arabic Mozillians themselves don't know about it, So we will follow some action to spread it in community and help community to aware more about it.

Sub-Goal Success:

• [ ] At least the Arabic community members will install and test testpilot then give there feedback, So we need organize workshop online or offline for Test Pilot to learn community member.

• [ ] Help community to easy understand Test Pilot and reach our audience, we need to find Arabic Test Pilot Version:

  • Localize\Create Test Pilot documentation to Arabic version. About Test Pilot & Test Pilot in Wiki
  • Localize\Create Test Pilot website to Arabic version. Test Pilot in Localization Mailing list
  • Produce Arabic video to explain how does testpilot work? How to send feedback or fill bug? official Video & official Video & Mozilla Algeria video

• [ ] Forward Arabic Test Pilot Version to all sup communities in Arabic community to share them in social media.

• [ ] Make Arabic social campaign about the Test Pilot to:

  • Reach more audience and users.
  • Motivate the current Test Pilot user to provide feedback, suggest new feature and fill bugs about their experience with Test Pilot.
  • Find developers to involve in fix Test Pilot bugs, especially the RTL bugs.

Feedback: What's the concrete goal for this task? It should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.

Example:

By the end of December 2016, at least 90% of Arabic communities are running Test Pilot promotion activities and we drive X people to install it and provide feedback.

This will be Meta issue refer to other sub issues that will open for Sub-Goal. Also I haven't set specific time for Goals Achieve Sub goal because it will depend on the number of involved Mozillians.
