Add sample configuration for easier testing #6

It would be helpful to add a sample directory for easier testing of app functionality

Hi @cmdcolin, great idea! I believe at one point, I had added sample configs to the JBrowse Registry repo, located here: https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-registry/tree/master/demos/combotrackselector. These configs didn't require any local files, they were driven by API calls to the CoGe JBrowse framework.

These configs could definitely be ported back into the plugin repo.

Oh cool, thanks for the reference to this sample data :) It is cool to see continued interest in this plugin, we will keep this type of "hypertrack selector" in mind in jbrowse further developments!
