remote test lost connection #1041

add a new scan using remote dispatcher, start after a few seconds reports the error "The scan could no longer be monitored because connection with the Instance was lost. The Instance has probably encountered a fatal error and stopped."

but i can see that the dispather machine print these logs "I, [2019-06-12T15:00:58.691345 #13107] INFO -- Call: dispatcher.statistics [10.4.12.33]", seems it was running.
