Http proxy support #19

The download module should support the use of http proxies. These should be configurable by the already existing config menu.

That would be very nice to speed up netboot.me usage in a local network with multiple (tens) computers which have to use netboot.me occasionally. Also, when want to do some tests, you often launch the same start sequence with different option (in the installer for example), and it would be very good to have the subsequent tries running for a local proxy and much faster.

I also support this feature request - Or Possibly allow for other protocols that may not be proxied at some places. i.e. FTP, SCP
