Ourobones and Fylgja unique effects should not be sigils and instead Special Abilities

Ourobones should be just kept with Brittle and Undying while the cumulative torment should be a special ability Fylgja should simply have Guardian and the ability to spawn Warding Presence should be a special ability as well
