Docs on installing, preparing data, and running #3

Hi there - this looks super interesting, and I'd love to test it out on some of my spike data.

I've done a cursory search for some basic instructions on installing and running your package, but have only found bits and pieces spread out between a few files and github issue discussions. Is there a single file that outlines the entire process?
