A09 doesn't understand instructions like AIM #$55,[4,X] or AIM #$55,[,X] It complains with error 2: Illegal addressing mode in " AIM #$55,[,X]"
On the other hand, non indirect instructions are working : AIM #$55,4,X or AIM $#55,,X
