Add "avatar field" in user info #17

So people don't have to change their gravatars? Is there some other way to do this so it still works with the pull avatar command?

If I add new thumbnail sizes for the avatar sizes I want and then require them to upload their alternate avatars to WordPress, I can call the thumbnails instead. I could even call by image ID (could totally do that).
