Ability to stack otherwise unstackable items

Bug Description

It is possible to stack otherwise unstackable items in the player inventory using radiant chests.
This is only worthy of a bug report because some mods add items that can contain other items, stacking item-containing items allows for duplication bugs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place at least four of the item you want to stack in a radiant chest.
2. Hover over the item.
3. Quickly press the number key to an empty slot twice.
4. You'll get a stack of one of the item and a stack of multiple of the item in your inventory.

Expected Behaviour

It'll only move stacks of one into the player's inventory.

Actual Behaviour

It moves stacks of more than one into the player's inventory.

Update:
If you use the number key to a hotbar slot that has a different item to the target item, you can make a stack of the target item with only 3 in the chest instead of 4.
