Add docker and docker-compose support #40

To improve the setup speed, this PR create a a "one command" start for the project. I also added the instructions on the setup.

This PR add

Dockerfile per each service
Dockerfile for the arango container with autoimport of the dump
Docker Compose to glue all container on Dev mode (with code reloading for all services)

@couds thanks for setting up the docker-compose and watch.js for the backend, that's great! I changed the dump link to be the folder, prefer that rather than needing to update with each new dump. Also, added some header links to make it easier to navigate the Readme.
