Revise the PropertyManager #51

  1. Should not be called a manager
  2. There should not be separate methods for attaching properties. The property (and its nested properties) should have been correctly created via Tinkerpop or deserialization

Major refactoring has been done to provide a cleaner and Elegant implementation.
