Support more than 100 tables #38

I have an AWS account with over 100 tables, and wasn't able to get to some of them with DynamoDB-GUI, and had to resort to using the AWS console (boo!). I wanted to add support for over 100 tables to DynamoDB-GUI so I can go back to just using it (yay!).

I've never done typescript before, so this may be very rough. Let me know what changes I need to make.

Thanks for contributing, I'll add missing types. I will release this and some minor changes these days, but big features will come after I'll finish rewriting the app.
