Add Vic3-1.5 Military Unit Types and Deployment Options

With the change of how units work in 1.5, unit types and deployment options need to be designed and added.

My initial ideas are something akin to this: Unit Types

• Infantry: Main infantry, from irregulars using melee, to combat armor plasma rifle wielding dudes
• Heavy Infantry: Infantry with heavy weapons and later power armor
• Cavalry: Starts with horses, later vehicles and even mechanized infantry

Proper tanks and air support will both be deployment options (although Tanks good also used in mechanized infantry).
