(Development) Settings Overhaul

The Settings Page in your Shticker Book should be overhauled to do the following:

• [ ] Merge "Options" and "Extra Options" menus
• [ ] Add scrollbar
• [ ] Make the menus scrollable.
• [ ] Make the Settings Menu Accessible Anywhere
• [ ] Give the option to go Borderless
• [ ] FOV Slider
• [ ] Music/SFX Volume Slider
• [ ] Give the option to select Resource Packs to enable/disable
• [ ] Put Report Bug on its own menu
• [ ] Add Credits button to the settings page
• [ ] Add Music, Sound, and Ambience Volume sliders
• [ ] Remove the Codes page
• [ ] Add a shaders selection menu
• [ ] Let players choose whether they want to hold down or press a key to Sprint and open street Map
• [ ] Add the Discord Link to the Settings
• [ ] FPS Limiter slider
• [ ] Add the ability to change which camera type you want to use
  • Classic Camera (TTO)
  • Orbital Camera
  • Advanced Camera
