v0 lender onboarding kyc

we store their inv-number & virtual account data from RC and fetch their balance from RC-api. the dashboard will not show their involvment in loans

• [ ] deploy frontend that uses production DB => should be done last
• [x] proper login via google-authentication => magic email link
• [x] PAN & aadhaar uploaded to s3 and post to slack
• [x] add fields for bank account details -> new field account details
• [x] add field in user-db for RC-registration details -> under account details.rcAccount
• [x] add a new: "application in review" field to user-journey
• [x] describe the process how to do the necessary kyc-steps in a document such that everybody can do them
• [x] configure some integrations such that we are notified if a new lender signs up (e.g. via slack)
• [x] query basic demographic info needed for RC lender registration:
  • [x] DOB
  • [x] gender
  • [x] father first & last name
  • [x] address & zip code
  • [x] income category
  • [x] bank name
  • [x] bank account type (SAVING CURRENT)
  • [x] employment type
