missing user journey screens

• [ ] borrower should see an extra confirmation screen after loan request is created and
• [ ] borrower needs to be able to withdraw request
• [ ] lender should see extra screen to confirm approving a borrower
• [ ] list of borrower/investor options is ugly
• [ ] lender should see info when his approval of a borrower is sufficient / not enough to finance a request
• [ ] borrowers should be prevented from creating a new request (currently we do not show the option, but there should be logic to forbid it too)

as a result, the demo should give a nice overview over all possible states
