substituting #47

db client that can be used to initiate a loan-request (issue #45 describes what needs to happen logic wise using an example)
mock ai that creates an offer and stores it to the db
db-client function to get the borrower-dashboard info
adjusted tests to be able to create a network via a helper
split tests onto three different files as discussed

(there is more coming but I thought this was a big enough to juuuust be reviewable)
