Fix /arc-sw.js url path #5

Changed the /arc-sw to /arc-sw.js so the service worker can be hosted correctly and as expected

Turns out only /arc-sw.js reverse proxy URL needs to be changed. The /arc-widget can stay the same

Also sorry, I have accidentally closed the pull request
