这些数据处理的规则可以自己运行也可以扔出去让大家一起运行，形成一个去中心化数据市场

可以实现一个editor工具或者chrome plugin 让用户可视化编辑和debug data scraper，然后产生etl、etl还可以版本管理，自动部署
