vote is a simple but really common used feature, it can be a simple blocklet. It's important feature for DAO's proposal.

looks like from what we have see for DAOs, vote is not necessary to hold on-chain or with a smart contract, just the crypto signature is enough. The certified results can be placed on chain though.
