Postpaid can allow users use token (from a shared pool) and they agree to pay back later. Usually user might have some deposit/stake to back the postpay, so in case they won't pay back, their deposit will be taken.
e.g. a user can stake a valuable NFT or a different token (e.g. ETH).
It's useful for Node operators, or dApp builders. e.g. they usually spent X ABT and will get Y ABT as income (assume Y > X) every month. they can stake Z eth so they can get a Postpaid card NFT with M ABT allowance (M > X).
At certain period of time, they pay back the spent from the income, so nothing happen for their staked ETH, and they don't need exchange ETH for operation ABT usage.
