1 year ago 我们可以根据现在的需要先充一个极简版本的blocklet 开始 （可以内置的就是我们自己的tos 和 privacy），这样有个开始后可以慢慢改进。
还可以内置很多标准license，如GPL，BSD ， Creative Common 等。
用户需要配置的信息：
1、实体的名字、地址、联系方式等 2、 选择的license 等
这个blocklet 的内容极少变化，应该是生成缓存而不是动态产生，这样提高效率。
对严肃的场合，应该记载协议版本的时间。
user just need to install those legal terms Blocklet and automatically replace entity names into it and it turn into the legal statements
It could be one Blocklet for each terms.
