Rate photo to earn crypto and pay to get people’s feedback on photos.

Need algorithm to filter fake users or people don’t do it seriously. (Maybe staking mechanism and give test photos)

可以用于图片审核功能，比如一些社区规则不能上传色情暴力图片，参与审核的人质押，多人投票审核1个图片，按照最终结果奖励惩罚审核人员，被惩罚的审核人可以提起上诉，由更高级的审核员共同审核。高级审核员由审核积分多少划分。
