Social verifier (oracle) node: verify certain social activities

e.g. if users has tweet certain message
monitor when user tweet something
verify certain user's tweet is bond to some address (while keep privacy)

It act like oracles, so its decentralized. node can get reward by verifying those information.

Can be useful for social promotion, social airdrops, verify data on social network. Avoid down time or blocked by certain social network.
