[UX] catalog/position for Transaction Protocol #82

it doesn't make sense to show transaction protocol under NODE's sub-menu or in the TXS | BLOCKS | PROTOCOLS tab.

what is the purpose of having the protocol listing this in the node at this time outside of listing the transaction types? Is this meant to be a dev tool to enable/disable in the future? will this show specific transaction types similar to the selectable menu that is available to see transaction types?

It’s not under the tools because the protocol is an important state of the current Blockchain.

Checkout how Tezos handle this, it’s the first in the industry to allow upgradable protocol
